Spring has SPRUNG!!!..It is absolutely beautiful outside, the properties are looking great, with the trees in bloom, flowers beginning to come out and the smell of fresh cut grass! Though the air is still chilly and the weather unpredictable....we see a little Spring outside with small amounts of green grass peeking through and the birds starting to come out of hiding. We love Spring here at Club Hill and Trevilian Square, it is a sign of new beginnings! The complexes are looking beautiful and alive with Fall colors. We have some great deals going on and would love to have you come by and check them out! The holidays are coming up quickly and wouldn't it be nice to cozy up in a new home? Many renovations have been done and we look forward to seeing you and showing them off. We just had our end of Summer cook out for all the residents last weekend and everyone had a great time visiting with their neighbors and playing games. Maybe next year you can join us!

Starview Manor will be changing it's name to Club Hill Apartments. Don't let this throw you off we still have the same great apartments at the same great prices to choose from and all the staff will remain the same, so don't hesitate to stop by if you are in the neighborhood. The transition will take a couple of weeks but the office will be open as usual. Hope to see you soon!

It is so refreshing to see everyone out after what seemed like a never ending Winter, yes I know, it has been rainy but, at least the temperatures are on the rise. People out walking and best of all seeing the kids out playing and riding scooters. We have finished the mulching at Starview and the smell of Spring is everywhere, we would love to see you out and about too so if you get a chance stop by and say "Hi", we'll be right here!

Yeah! It's Spring! The birds are out, the sun is shining and the trees and flowers are beginning to bloom. The properties are looking great.
