Autumn is here!

The complexes are looking beautiful and alive with Fall colors. We have some great deals going on and would love to have you come by and check them out! The holidays are coming up quickly and wouldn't it be nice to cozy up in a new home? Many renovations have been done and we look forward to seeing you and showing them off. We just had our end of Summer cook out for all the residents last weekend and everyone had a great time visiting with their neighbors and playing games. Maybe next year you can join us!

The Summer months are coming to an end and soon the leaves will be changing and falling as we come into the Fall of the year...but, we haven't changed, we would still love for you to come by and see what we have to offer. Many kids are starting school and we have great schools here in Louisa, as well as some beautiful countryside! So if you find yourself in the market and are looking to relocate, don't hesitate to come by, we would be happy to see and talk with you.

We have just finished planting new trees on the Club Hill property and they look great, we have wonderful tenants that would make super neighbors, and we have a few things planned in the coming months for our residents so feel free to come by and see us.

New Name

Starview Manor will be changing it's name to Club Hill Apartments. Don't let this throw you off we still have the same great apartments at the same great prices to choose from and all the staff will remain the same, so don't hesitate to stop by if you are in the neighborhood. The transition will take a couple of weeks but the office will be open as usual. Hope to see you soon!

We have been out mulching and planting some flowers. There are only a couple of apartments available, so come on by and see us and give us your opinion of how everything looks. Refreshing

It is so refreshing to see everyone out after what seemed like a never ending Winter, yes I know, it has been rainy but, at least the temperatures are on the rise. People out walking and best of all seeing the kids out playing and riding scooters. We have finished the mulching at Starview and the smell of Spring is everywhere, we would love to see you out and about too so if you get a chance stop by and say "Hi", we'll be right here!

It's Spring!

Yeah! It's Spring! The birds are out, the sun is shining and the trees and flowers are beginning to bloom. The properties are looking great. We are starting our landscaping, so if you get a chance come by and check it out and maybe while you are here you can take a look at one of our available apartments, we would love to have you here with us!
