Just a reminder..if you are a tenant and you refer someone to one of our complexes, when they sign a 12 month (one year) lease and have lived here for 60 days and are in good standing you receive $200.00 CASH in your pocket! Who can't use an extra $200.00 now a days! So be sure to send your family and friends our way!
