Club Hill offers a great referral program to our current tenants, you get to pick your neighbors!  If you refer someone to us for an apartment and they are approved and remain in good standing for 60 days you can get $150.00 CASH in your pocket!  So if you want to stay close to friends and family and they are in the market for a new home, let us know!!!!
